Who are we?

Paws and Effect is a satirical furry music group that blends razor-sharp humor, theatrical storytelling, and wildly entertaining performances.

We write and perform furry-themed parodies of popular hits. Think Weird Al Yankovic, but with furry culture front and center!

Questions and Answers

  • We would love to perform at many more conventions and share our music with our listeners and newcomers alike! We are proactive when it comes to securing bookings, but if you are a convention/event organizer and would like to book us, there is a booking form on this site. If you’re an attendee of a particular convention, you can also help us by letting your convention know you would love to see us there!

  • Paws and Effect was formed in June 2024. Although the band is young, all three of us are experienced in music and performance, with almost half a century of musical experience altogether combined.

  • For starters, ChronoWolf is a professional music producer and performer. In addition to their musical experience, they are an accomplished professional video and visual effects artist, who also spent a good chunk of time as a director of visuals and vision mixing for live events. Pom has been doing music and theater for many years, and is no stranger to stage performance, as well as professional recording via their voice acting career. Charlie has been performing for many years on stage, as well as hosting and MCing numerous events within the fandom. Between us, we know the ins and outs of stage production from both a technical, behind-the-scenes perspective, as well as performance.
